The home buying process is stressful enough. Especially in this market, you shouldn't feel pressured to buy a home you don't love. That's why we do things differently here. We'll help you find the right home (either on the market or off-market) on your timeline, in your budget.
Our Process
Go from pretty stressed to completely at ease
When you're trying to buy a home, it's important that you always know what's around the corner. So here's what you can expect from start to finish when you work with any agent on our team.
To start, we'll send you homes that fit your criteria
Once you tell us your budget, what you want in a home, and your non-negotiables, we'll start sending you options of homes on the market. We also have access to plenty of off-market homes. So if we know of any that fit what you're looking for, we'll send you those, too. Throughout the process, we'll act fast - but only if you want us to. So buckle in, we won't waste any of your time.
We won't be afraid to tell you when you can do better
At this point, you've met your agent (either via text or in person) and you're in constant contact. Once you find a home that you want to tour, we'll get you in it ASAP. When we say that we're your neighborhood experts, we mean it. We'll tell you everything about the neighborhood – from schools to coffee shops to taxes, and more. During these showings, we'll be honest when we think you can do better, and we won't stop until you find the home you love.
Found the one? Let's write your offer
We'll put together a winning offer and fiercely advocate on your behalf. Once the offer is negotiated and under contract, our Closing Care Coordinator will take care of all the communication between your agent, the title company, and lender to ensure a smooth closing.
Just a few more steps until the house is yours…
Our Closing Care Coordinator will handle everything around the inspection and appraisal. After that, we'll schedule the close date. During our final walk-through of the home, we'll make sure it's perfect for you. If there's anything about the home that's not up to your standards, we'll fix it.

Ahh. The feeling of holding the keys to your new home for the very first time...let's celebrate! But our relationship doesn't end here.
